FAQ

1. How much do I have to pay for training?

All Quintrix training programs are 100% tuition-free for all accepted candidates. In fact, you will receive a $500 stipend for every 4 weeks of completed training.

2. How long is the training program?

Most Quintrix training programs are from 10 to 12 weeks in length and take place during evening hours on weekdays based on EST. There may be some weekend classes scheduled as well but this is up to the individual instructor.

3. Where does the training take place?

All Quintrix training programs are conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams so you can participate from the comfort of your home.

4. Do I have to go through training if I already have experience?

Yes. This is because you are being trained in a job-specific skill that one or more of our clients are looking for. 

5. Would I have to quit my day job for the training ?

Absolutely NOT! Our training is conducted online and takes place during evenings and/or weekends to allow for flexibility.

6. Can I negotiate my salary if I have experience?

Salaries are generally the same for all candidates and non-negotiable. Sometimes we have opportunities where candidates with more experience may receive a higher salary.

7. Do I have to be vaccinated for COVID-19?

This varies from client to client based on their policy. While Quintrix does not require a vaccine to be eligible for training, not being vaccinated may limit your job opportunities compared to being vaccinated

8. Do you guarantee a job on completion of training?

We train our candidates for high-demand roles with our clients. While we cannot guarantee you a job, most candidates that complete training, are interviewed by one or more of our clients. In addition to training, we provide our candidates with career coaching and interview prep.

9. If I am offered placement with a Quintrix client how long do I need to stay?

You are required to work with Quintrix and/or our client for 15 months.

10. After training will I know if I am being relocated and to where?

This is a question that can only be answered by your hiring manager after you are hired.

11. Do you have a list of cities to which I could possibly be asked to relocate?

Sometimes Quintrix is provided with a list of locations for the opportunity but most times not. Remember that you will be entering a 3-month training program and the locations may fluctuate during that time period. This is one of the main reasons why we ask all candidates to be able to relocate anywhere within the continental United States.

12. How much time will I have before I am asked to relocate?

Typically, after training has concluded a candidate would have some lead time before relocation. Once hired make sure make sure you communicate with your manager for details.

13. Is there a possibility that the opportunity could be remote?

While some opportunities still offer the ability to work remotely, conditions and client policies based on the pandemic change on a daily basis, so this is a very difficult question to answer definitively.

14. What happens after I sign the Quintrix contract?

You will receive a welcome email from your Talent Acquisition Associate with important info regarding next steps. The welcome email will provide information about the program’s kickoff week including behavioral & technical interviews that must be completed to continue with your training.

Quintrix gets compensated by the client company with no financial investment from you. You just need to give the time and dedication to completing the training and be ready to up-skill for a high-level job placement.
